Acoustic housing in closed design
designed for the requirements of outdoor in-stallation of a refrigeration system
Soundproof enclosure in closed design
for the heat dissipation of the compressor waste heat with a very
quietly running support fan with automatically controlled air volume
from 0 to 2000 m³/h, including temperature control via thermostat
(0-10V) depending on the interior temperature. Intake on the rear side
of the housing via labyrinth system and air-discharge via soundabsorbing
special lamella-pack for an optimum cross-flow via the built-in refrigeration system.
Reinforced base frame construction
with solid steel girder profiles with closed bottom and insulated
bottom made of thick sheet steel with heavy rubber mat.

Acoustic housing for refrigeration condensing units
Redirection housing
for deflecting the exhaust air (blowing vertically) in horizontal direction with additional special sound insulation. For projects with highest demands on the sound insulation in the vertical direction, e.g. if there are balconies above the housing while avoiding of additional sound components in a horizontal axis. The redirection housing is available in different versions, with air discharge on the side or above the front doors and can also be mounted on existing acoustic housings as retrofit.
Ultra louvre-packs (not pictured)
enable a higher sound attenuation by approx. -5 dB(A) in addition. These special multi-louvre packages with longer silencers can beinstalled in the KV-housing types, especially on the discharge fan side. Depending on the built-in outdoor unit, the next larger housing type is required.
